Pro Bar- a subset of Nutrition Bars (Food )

Pro Bar are a popular nutrition bar that resemble trail mix in a bar form. They not only look like trail mix when opened, but they also have the characteristic trail mix texture when eaten! They are a perfect meal replacement and have a high satisfaction index.

The only drawback to the characteristically 'sticky' surface texture is that it tends to make Pro Bars soft and gooey in Summer and rather stiff in cold climates. This is more of a physical handlng issue than an edibility issue.

- Visual appeal - especially coloration
- First bite & chew (texture, tooth and flavor)
- Second bite & chew (flavor)
