Depending on the prevailing conditions impinging on the person
in addition to thier age, body weight, Basal Metabolic Rate
and other variables, a typical adult needs a minimum daily
dose of nutrition and water for normal body functions. Hightened
physical or psychological exertion, may increase sustainence
requirements. The following information is based on common
knowledge and does not purport to be an all encompassing set
of rules for all persons or all situations. It's advised that
individuals under medical care or with special dietary needs
consult a doctor or professional nutritionalist for additional
recommendations. Pregnant or nursing mothers, as well as the
elderly and infirm, infants and children all have special
needs that must also be considered when preparing sustenance
for evacuations or emergencies. The following information
assumes an individual of between the age of 16 and 60 in good
physical condition and health, with average BMR, body weight
or either gender. Ths is provided as an example for guidance.
